YARD MAINTENANCE POLICY

CODE ENFORCEMENT PAY SCALE FOR YARD ABATEMENT SERVICE
The Village of Alamance

The below pricing is for code enforcement lawn landscaping privately owned that has been left unattended for a said period which is in violation of the Village of Alamance and their policy. Pricing includes mowing with a lawn tractor or a utility tractor with a bush hog, trimming of grass, picking up limbs, pictures before and after, and reports of condition.

After inspection of the property, Russel Saxon will determine the type of mower that will be needed. Anything over the height of 9 inches will require a large tractor with a bush hog to be determined after inspection.

The Village of Alamance will calculate the square footage that is required to be cut and communicate this to Russell Saxon prior to his inspection. Rates are based on a three-hour maximum time allotted per property. Over three hours of work requires an additional charge of $60 per hour billed in conjunction with other identified charges.
