Planning Board Meeting

November 25th, 2024

Attending: Chuck Couch, Ken Cass, Keith Miller, Tim Collins, John Paseman, Gerald Walters, Roy Glasgow, and Lorraine Ryan.

Absent:

Invocation and Call to Order

Gerald Walters called the meeting to order.

  Approval of May 15^th, 2024 meeting minutes

Ms. Ryan motioned to accept the meeting minutes with the correction to Jeff Sharp’s name, seconded by Mr. Cass. Motion carries 8-0

Mr. Farmerie explained that State Code Enforcement had combined the subdivision and zoning ordinances to create a Unified Development Ordinance. Minor changes were made, including the placement of adult establishments and the wording of some ordinances to be clearer and more precise. All statutes and laws were updated to be current.

Mr. Miller motioned to accept the unified development ordinance as presented, seconded by Mr. Collins. Motion carries 8-0

Ms. Ryan motioned to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Cass. Motion carries 8-0
